    Pharmacodynamics:

    Proteolytic agent for topical application. Lysises necrotic detritus, dilutes exudates, viscous secrets, blood clots.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    The drug for topical application, no systemic effect.

    Indications:

    It is used for purification of granulating wounds and acceleration of rejection of scabs for burns IIIdegree.

    Contraindications:

    Individual intolerance, pregnancy and lactation.

    Carefully:

    High individual sensitivity.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Outer in the form of solutions containing 35PE / ml or 70 PE / ml on 0.5% novocaine or 0.9% sodium chloride solution. The solution is prepared immediately before use. Moistened with a preparation, a napkin is applied to the burn surface and covered with a waterproof bandage, which is removed after 1 day.

    The highest daily dose: simultaneous treatment of not more than 30% of the total body surface is allowed.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:
