Pharmacodynamics:Adsorption of toxins and water on its surface, replacement of natural fiber.
Pharmacokinetics:Not digested. Elimination in unchanged form with feces.
Indications:- Acute poisoning with drugs, alcohol, heavy metal salts, alkaloids and others;
- dysentery, dysbacteriosis, dyspepsia, flatulence, diarrhea, food poisoning, salmonellosis;
- intoxication of various origin, including accompanying purulent inflammatory diseases;
- hepatic and renal insufficiency;
- violations of lipid metabolism (atherosclerosis, obesity);
- food and drug allergies.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity, constipation, anacid gastritis, megacolon, intestinal obstruction, fecal obstructions.
Carefully:Diabetes mellitus (for granules containing sugar).
Pregnancy and lactation:Adequate and well-controlled studies in humans and animals have not been conducted.

Dosing and Administration:Gynecological diseases (bacterial colpitis, cervicitis, vaginal dysbacteriosis, candidiasis): topically, 10-15 g evenly distributed in the vaults and on the walls of the vagina (after a preliminary wash), then insert the swab for 2-2.5 hours. If necessary, repeat the same day, after 12 hours, after removing the previous dose. The course of treatment - 10 introductions, with genital dysbiosis - 20 introductions.
The need to remove radionuclides and xenobiotics: inside 1-1.5 hours before meals. The daily dose of 4.8-6.4 g (12-16 tablets). In acute conditions, the course of treatment 3-7 days (before the disappearance of symptoms of intoxication, normalization of the stool), with chronic conditions - courses of 10-15 days with interruptions of 7-10 days. In the form of paste, powder or granules appoint 0.5-1 g / kg 3-4 times a day (1 tablespoon stir in 200 ml of water for 2 minutes).
Side effects:Allergic reactions, constipation.
Overdose:Increased side effects.
Treatment is symptomatic.
Interaction:Other drugs for internal use - a decrease in their effectiveness. Separate techniques in time.
