    Pharmacodynamics:

    NSAIDs for external use. Has a local anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. It inhibits cyclooxygenase, inhibits the biosynthesis of prostaglandins from arachidonic acid. Partially absorbed from the skin surface.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    In blood, it binds to proteins by 98-99%. Bioavailability is about 20%. Renal failure does not affect the concentration in the plasma.

    Indications:

    Rheumatic diseases of soft tissues and musculoskeletal system, myositis, myalgia, lumbago, sciatica, tendosinovitis, bursitis, bruises, sprains, degenerative diseases of the spine and joints (spondylosis, arthrosis).

    Dosing and Administration:

    Overdose:
