The main active substances are arsumine (the sum of lactones) and absintine (individual lactone). Irritating the taste receptors of the mucous membranes of the mouth and tongue, wormwood tincture causes a reflex way to increase the secretion of gastric juice, increase appetite, improve digestion. Has anti-inflammatory, choleretic and antimicrobial effect.

Indications:

Inside with anorexia, hypo- and anacid gastritis, chronic cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia hypomotor type.

Contraindications:

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, increased gastric secretion, hyperacid gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, reflux esophagitis, acute cholecystitis, pregnancy, lactation, children under 12 years.

Carefully:Diseases of the liver, alcoholism, traumatic brain injury, brain diseases, children's age over 12 years.

Dosing and Administration:Inside for 15-20 drops, diluted in 1/4 cup of water, 2-3 times a day for 20-30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 20-25 days.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.With prolonged use - heartburn, gastralgia, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting.
