    Composition:

    Active substance: Timogen sodium (in terms of thymogen) - 0.05 g in 100 g of cream. Excipient: vaseline oil, vaseline, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate (polysorbate 60), glycerol, sorbitan monostearate, stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (Nipagin) ksan- Tamov gum, propyl parahydroxybenzoate (Nipasol), purified water.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Timogen - dipeptide, which affects the response of cellular, humoral immunity and nonspecific defense of the body. Stimulates regeneration processes in case of their inhibition, improves the course of the processes of cellular metabolism. Timogen increases the activity of 5'-ectonucleotidase and induces expression Thy-1 on thymocytes, which indicates its activating influence on the processes of differentiation of lymphocytes in the thymus.The drug induces the expression of differentiation receptors on lymphocytes, normalizes the number and ratio of subpopulations of lymphocytes in patients with various immunodeficiency states. Normalizes the expression and the ratio of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in various diseases and pathological conditions, accompanied by a violation of the body's immunoreactivity.

    Indications:

    As part of complex therapy:

    - atopic dermatitis;

    - atopic dermatitis complicated by a secondary bacterial infection;

    - chronic eczema is true and microbial;

    - chronic pyoderma, incl. chronic diffuse streptoderma;

    - mechanical, thermal and chemical injuries of the skin.

    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the auxiliary components of the drug, pregnancy and lactation.
    Dosing and Administration:

    The drug is applied a thin layer on the affected area 1-2 times a day (morning and evening). The recommended daily dose is 2 g of cream (1000 μg of thymogen). A strip of cream from a tube 5 mm in diameter and 4 cm in length has a weight of 1 g.

    The duration of the course is to stifle local manifestations of the disease. The maximum duration of the course is 20 days.After applying the cream, the affected area should not be covered with a bandage.

    Side effects:In rare cases, allergic reactions to auxiliary substances are possible.
    Overdose:Overdose of thymogen is not described. It has been shown experimentally that thymogen is not toxic in doses exceeding the therapeutic one in thousands of times.
    Interaction:Not visible.
    Form release / dosage:Cream for external use 0,05%.
    Packaging:

    By 20 g or 30 g in aluminum tubes or glass masonry banks with a stretchable lid of polyethylene. One tube or one bank, together with instructions for use in a pack of cardboard.

    Storage conditions:Store at a temperature of 2 ° C to 20 ° C.
