    Indications:

    In complex therapy:

    Dosing and Administration:

M-holinoblokatory increase absorption and bioavailability due to decreased intestinal peristalsis. Thyroid hormones, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors accelerate the metabolism of riboflavin. Simultaneous administration of an antitumor drug with methotrexate reduces the activity of riboflavin. Riboflavin reduces and prevents side effects of chloramphenicol (violation of hemopoiesis, optic neuritis). Inosine enhances the effect of antiarrhythmic, antiangiinal and inotropic drugs. Nicotinamide strengthens the action of fibrinolytic, spasmolytic, hypotensive agents, cardiac glycosides, acetylsalicylic acid, reduces the absorption of bile acid sequestrants.

    Special instructions:

    Can change the color of urine (stains urine in light yellow or dark color). The drug can increase the concentration of uric acid in the blood and cause an exacerbation of gout. Possible visual impairment, impaired renal function.
