    Pharmacodynamics:

    The connection of glutamic acid with arginine, which contributes to detoxification ammonia and removing it from the body by activating the synthesis of urea in the ornithine cycle. Including the drug increases the excretion of the central nervous system of ammonia, reducing its neurotoxic effect.

    Has antioxidant, membrane-stabilizing activity. When alcohol intoxication accelerates the utilization of ethanol, stimulating the work of alcohol dehydrogenase, also contributes to the removal of products of the decomposition of ethanol due to the enhanced formation of succinic acid.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    Indications:It is used for acute and chronic hepatitis of any etiology, poisoning with hepatotropic poisons (pale toadstool,medicines), cirrhosis of the liver, acute alcohol intoxication, abstinence.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Dosing and Administration:

    Overdose:

    With the simultaneous use of the drug with aminophylline, insulin secretion is enhanced.

    Strengthens the effectiveness of anti-aggregation drugs (dipyridamole).

    Weaken the action of vinblastine.
