    Pharmacodynamics:
    It has an expectorant and mucolytic effect.
    Indications:
    As a symptomatic agent in the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, accompanied by a cough with hard-to-recover sputum.
    Contraindications:
    Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, chronic heart failure (in the stage of decompensation), severe violations of the liver and kidneys, children's age (up to 6 years).
    Pregnancy and lactation:
    The drug is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
    Dosing and Administration:
    The lozenges dissolve in the oral cavity.
    Adults and children over 12 years of age should dissolve in the oral cavity 1-2 lozenges several times (up to 3 times) per day. Children from 6 to 12 years - 1 lozenge 3 times a day. The duration of the drug is determined by the severity of the symptoms of the disease and its duration.
    Side effects:
    Allergic reactions are possible (skin rash, urticaria, angioedema, swelling of the face and mucous membrane of the mouth and pharynx (angioedema)). In this case, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor.
    Interaction:
    It is not recommended simultaneous reception with antitussive drugs, as well as with drugs,reducing sputum production, as this makes it difficult to cough up thinned phlegm.
    Special instructions:
    One lozenge corresponds to 0.07 XE (bread units), which must be taken into account by patients with diabetes mellitus, as well as persons on a hypocaloric diet.
