    Composition:

    Pharmacodynamics:
    The drug has an expectorant effect; It dilutes sputum and reduces its viscosity, thereby contributing to its better separation.

    Indications:
    Diseases of the upper respiratory tract with hard-to-separate sputum (bronchitis, tracheitis, tracheobronchitis, etc.).

    Contraindications:
    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, chronic heart failure in the stage of decompensation,renal and / or hepatic insufficiency, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, children's age (up to 1 year).

    Carefully:
    With caution: alcoholism, severe liver disease.

    Dosing and Administration:
    Inside.
    The drug can be used undiluted, diluted with water or taken on a piece of sugar.
    If the doctor has not prescribed a different dosage, the drug is taken:
    adults: 3-4 times a day for 40-60 drops;
    children older than 5 years and adolescents: 3 times a day for 20-50 drops;
    children from 1 year to 5 years: 2-3 times a day for 10-25 drops.

    Side effects:
    Allergic reactions, nausea are possible.

    Overdose:
    To date, there is no information on overdose cases.

    Interaction:
    Do not use simultaneously with antitussive drugs, as well as with drugs that reduce the formation of sputum, as this prevents the expectoration of diluted sputum.

    Special instructions:
    The preparation contains 19% vol. Of ethyl alcohol.
    Do not freeze!
    The preparation contains a plant extract, which makes possible a slight cloudiness of the solution or the appearance of a precipitate in the vial, but this does not affect the effectiveness of the preparation.
    Guidelines for patients with diabetes mellitus:
    In 1 g (20 drops) contains 0.35 g of sorbitol (0.03 XE, respectively).
