    Composition:

    In 1 ml (1.26 g) of syrup contains:

    Active ingredient: extract of thyme herb liquid - 150,00 mg. Ratio of herb thyme to extractant 1: 2-2,5.

    Extractor: ammonia solution 10% (w / w), glycerin 85%, ethyl alcohol 90% (v / v), water - in a ratio of 1: 20: 70: 109.

    Auxiliary components: rose oil, honey aroma, sodium benzoate, cherry juice concentrate, invert syrup 74/95, dextrose liquid (glucose liquid), sucrose solution 67%, citric acid monohydrate, purified water.

    Description:

    Transparent or slightly opalescent solution of reddish-brown color *.

    Pharmacodynamics:The drug has expectorant, anti-inflammatory, a bronchodilator, an antimicrobial effect, thereby reducing the viscosity of sputum and accelerating its evacuation.
    Indications:As expectorant in the treatment of inflammatory respiratory diseases, accompanied by cough with difficult expectoration.
    Contraindications:Increased individual sensitivity to the drug, congenital fructose intolerance, glucose-fructose malabsorption, failure enzymes sucrase and isomaltase, chronic heart failure (decompensated), severe liver and kidney function, children (up to 6 months).

    In connection with the content of ethanol in the formulation syrup Bronhikum® C should not be used in patients with alcoholism.

    Carefully:Carefully and only after consultation with the physician should take syrup patients with liver disease, diseases and brain trauma, epilepsy.
    Pregnancy and lactation:The drug is not recommended for pregnancy and during breastfeeding.

    The duration of the drug is determined by the therapeutic necessity and duration of the disease.

    Side effects:In rare cases, the following reactions are possible:

    allergic reactions: skin rash, urticaria, as well as swelling of the face and mucous cavity of the mouth and pharynx (angioedema).

    from the gastrointestinal tract: nausea, gastritis, dyspepsia.
