About 6 g (1 tablespoon) of crushed cowberry leaves are placed in enameled pots, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, filter without cooling. The remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Take inside 1-2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day 40 minutes after eating. The course of treatment is 20-25 days. It is possible to repeat the course after a 10-12 day break, but not more than 4 courses a year.
Before use, the broth should be shaken.
