4 filter packs (6 g) are placed in glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist for 20 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Take inside 1-2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day 40 minutes after eating. The course of treatment is 20-25 days. It is possible to repeat the course after a 10-12 day break, but not more than 4 courses a year.
Before use, the infusion should be shaken.
