Pharmacodynamics:

The herb celandine contains alkaloids of the isoquinoline series (kottizin, chelidonin, cheeriritrin, sanguinarin, etc.); organic acids (chelidonic, citric, malic, amber); saponins; flavonoids; vitamins A, C (up to 1700 mg / 100 g); phenolic carboxylic acids (p-coumaric, coffee, ferulic); tannins (gallic acid); steroids (alfaspinsterol, traces of ergosterol), phytoncides; essential oil and other biologically active substances.

Herbal celandine infusion has a local anti-inflammatory effect.

Indications:

As a local anti-inflammatory drug in dermatology for skin diseases accompanied by itching (including dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema) - as part of complex therapy.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, lactation. Children under 12 years.

Dosing and Administration:

8 filter bags (12 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them.The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

Apply externally in the form of baths (1-2 glasses of infusion on the bath), lotions, washings (without dilution).

Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
