2 filter bags (4.0 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them.The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 100 ml with boiled water.
Take inside 1/2 cup 3 times a day for 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 2-4 weeks.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
