2 filter packs (4 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiled water, cover with a lid and insist 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon.Then the filter bags are squeezed out, the volume of the infused is brought to boiling water to 100 ml.
Take inside 1/2 cup 3 times a day for 30 minutes before meals for 2-4 weeks.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
