Pharmacodynamics:Has anti-inflammatory effect, replenishes the amount of endogenous glucosamine, stimulating the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and proteoglycans. Improves the process of fixing sulfur in the synthesis of chondroitinsulfuric acid, enhances calcification of bone tissue, restores joint function, reduces pain in arthralgia.
Pharmacokinetics:
After oral administration, the empty stomach is absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, bioavailability is 25% after the "primary passage" through the liver.
Metabolism in the liver.
The half-life is 68 hours. Elimination with feces and kidneys.
Indications:
It is used for the treatment of primary and secondary osteoarthritis, osteochondrosis, spondylosis, chondromalacia of the patella.

Contraindications:

Pregnancy and lactation:
