Dosing and Administration:

Ringer's drug is administered intravenously drip at a speed of 60-80 drops / min. or inkjet. The daily dose for adults - 5-20 ml / kg, if necessary, can be increased to 30-50 ml / kg. The daily dose for children is 5-10 ml / kg, the rate of administration is 30-60 drops / min., With shock dehydration, initially 20-30 ml / kg is administered. The course of treatment is 3-5 days.

In medical plasmapheresis, they are administered in a volume that is 2 times greater than the volume of the removed plasma (1.2-2.4 L), in the case of pronounced hypovolemia - in combination with colloidal solutions. The maximum volume of the injected solution is 3 liters / day.

Potassium-sparing diuretics, potassium preparations, ACE inhibitors increase the risk of hyperkalemia.

Special instructions:

In the case of rapid introduction of a large volume of solution, it is necessary to control the acid-base state and the level of electrolytes. A change in the pH of the blood (acidification) leads to the redistribution of the ion K⁺, a decrease in pH leads to an increase in the K content⁺in the blood serum. If clouding, do not use the contents of the container.

Storage conditions:
