    Extract liquid for oral administration and topical application.

    Composition:

    For the preparation use:

    Chamomile flowers - 500 g

    Nail clippings flowers - 250g

    Yarrow grass - 250 g

    Ethanol (ethyl alcohol) 40% - a sufficient amount to obtain 1 liter of the drug.

    Description:

    The liquid is dark brown with an orange tint, a specific smell. During storage, a deposit may occur.

    Indications:

    In stomatology: in adults - inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa and periodontium of various etiologies (aphthous stomatitis, periodontitis, ulcerative necrotic gingivostomatitis).

    In gastroenterology (as part of a combination therapy): gastroduodenitis, chronic enteritis and colitis.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, age to 18 years, severe renal impairment, liver disease, alcoholism, craniocerebral trauma, brain disease.

    Carefully:

    When ingestion - glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    The product contains ethyl alcohol. Contraindicated apply during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Locally, orally, rectally.

    Rotokan is used in the form of an aqueous solution, which is prepared before use by adding 1 teaspoon of rotokan to a glass of warm boiled water. With good tolerability, the dose can be increased to 3 teaspoons per glass of water.

    In diseases of the oral mucosa, the solution of rotochans is used by applying (15-20 minutes) or oral baths (1-2 minutes) 2-3 times a day for 2-5 days. Periodontal treatment is performed after removal of dental deposits and scraping of pathological gingival pockets. In the gingival pockets injected for 20 minutes, thin turuns, plentifully moistened with a solution of rotochans.The procedure is carried out once a day daily or every other day, only 4-6 times.

    In gastroenterology Rotokan is used inside and in microclysters. Inside, apply a '/ s -' / g glass solution for 30 minutes before meals or 40-60 minutes after meals, 3-4 times a day. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

    Microclysters: rectally - with 50-100 ml of a solution of rotoque used after cleansing enema 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment is 3-6 days.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    To date, cases of overdose with the use of the drug has not been recorded. When using the drug inside at doses exceeding the recommended, possible: dizziness, nausea, vomiting. Treatment is symptomatic.

    The composition contains not less than 33% of ethyl alcohol. In the maximum daily dose of an aqueous solution obtained from 1 teaspoon of the preparation, the absolute ethyl alcohol content is about 3.2 g, of 3 teaspoons - about 9.5 g.
