    Composition:

    To prepare 1000 ml of the drug you need:

    Chamomile flowers - 500 g;

    Nails flower - 250 g;

    Yarrow grass - 250 g;

    Ethanol (ethyl alcohol) 40% - a sufficient amount to produce 1000 ml of the drug.

    Description:

    The liquid is dark brown with an orange tint and a specific smell.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    ROTOKAN-VILAR® has a local anti-inflammatory effect, has haemostatic and antispasmodic properties.

    Indications:

    In dentistry Rotokan-VILAR® used in adults with inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa and periodontal various etiologies, such as aphthous stomatitis, periodontitis, necrotizing gingivostomatitis.

    In gastroenterology ROTOKAN-VILAR® is used in the complex treatment of gastro-duodenitis, chronic enteritis and colitis.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, severe renal dysfunction, liver dysfunction, alcoholism, craniocerebral trauma, brain disease, pregnancy, lactation, age 18 years.

    Carefully:

    When administered orally - impaired renal function of mild and moderate severity; glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Locally, orally, rectally.

    ROTOKAN-VILAR® is used in the form of an aqueous solution, which is prepared before use by adding 1 teaspoon of the drug to a glass of warm boiled water. With good tolerability, the dose can be increased to 3 teaspoons per glass of water.

    In dentistry, periodontal treatment is performed after removal of dental deposits and scraping of pathological gingival pockets. In the gingival pockets injected for 20 minutes, thin turuns, richly moistened with a solution of the drug. The procedure is carried out once a day daily or every other day, only 4-6 times. For diseases of the oral mucosa, the solution of the drug is used by applying (15-20 minutes) or mouthwashes (1-2 minutes) 2-3 times a day for 2-5 days.

    In gastroenterology ROTOKAN-VILAR® is used inside and in microclysters. Inside, apply 1 / 3-1 / 2 cup of solution 30 minutes before meals or 40-60 minutes after eating 3-4 times a day. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

    Microclysters with 50-100 ml of the drug solution are used after the cleansing enema 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment is 3-6 days.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible.

    Overdose:

    So far, no cases of overdose have been reported.

    The composition contains not less than 33% of ethyl alcohol.

    In the maximum daily dose of an aqueous solution obtained by adding 1 teaspoon of the drug to a glass of warm boiled water, the absolute ethyl alcohol content is about 3.2 g.

    In the maximum daily dose of an aqueous solution obtained by adding 3 teaspoons of the preparation to a glass of warm boiled water, the absolute ethyl alcohol content is about 9.5 g.
