    Extract liquid

    Composition:

    To prepare 1000 ml of the drug you need: Chamomile flowers - 500 grams, Flower nails - 250 grams, Yarrow grass - 250 grams, ethyl alcohol 40% (ethanol) - to obtain 1000 ml of the drug.

    Description:

    The liquid is dark brown with an orange tint, a specific smell. During storage, a deposit may occur.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    The drug has a local anti-inflammatory effect, has haemostatic and antispasmodic properties.

    Indications:

    In stomatology: in adults - inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa and periodontium of various etiologies (aphthous stomatitis, periodontitis, ulcerative necrotic gingivostomatitis).

    In gastroenterology: gastroduodenitis, chronic enteritis and colitis (in complex treatment).

    Contraindications:

    Individual intolerance to the components of the drug.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Locally, orally, rectally.

    Rotokan is used in the form of an aqueous solution, which is prepared before use by adding 1 teaspoon of rotokan to a glass of warm boiled water. With good tolerability, the dose can be increased to 3 teaspoons per glass of water.

    In diseases of the oral mucosa, the oral solution is used by applying (15-20 minutes) or rinsing (1-2 minutes) 2-3 times a day for 2-5 days. Periodontal treatment is performed after removal of dental deposits and scraping of pathological gingival pockets. In the gingival pockets injected for 20 minutes, thin turuns, plentifully moistened with a solution of rotochans. The procedure is carried out once a day daily or every other day, only 4-6 times.

    In oral gastroenterology, rotokan is used inside and in microclysters. Inside, apply 1 / 3-1 / 2 cup of solution 30 minutes before meals or 40-60 minutes after meals, 3-4 times a day. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

    Microclysters with 50-100 ml of rothocan solution are used after cleansing enema 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment is 3-6 days.
