2 filter packets (3 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist periodically for 15 minutes pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Infusion is taken in a warm form for 1 tablespoon 3-5 times a day, 40 minutes after eating. The course of treatment is 20-25 days. It is possible to repeat the course after a 10-12-day break, but not more than 4 courses a year.
Before use, the infusion should be shaken.
