    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug, renders dsintoksikatsionnos, plazamozastayuschee, regnratiruyuschee, diureticheskoe, protivoshokovoe, aitiagregantnoe action.

    Reduces hypovolemia, prevents blood clots and the development of metabolic acidosis, increases diuresis, improves microcirculation.

    Indications:

    Dehydration and intoxication of the body, arising from various diseases (dysentery, food toxin infestation, cholera El Tor, etc.).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, gmperkalemia, alkalosis, chronic renal failure, the presence of contraindications to the introduction of large amounts of liquid into the body.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Intravenously (drip or drip).

    Before use, the solution should be heated to 36-38 ° C.

    When severe forms of diseases are injected (1-3 h), with mild forms - intravenously drip, at a rate of 40-120 cap / min (24-48 h). The solution is administered in amounts necessary to restore the volume of fluid lost with feces, vomiting, urine, sweat.

    The drug is used under the control of the water-salt balance indicators.
