Pharmacodynamics:Acesol has detoxification, plasma-substituting, rehydrating, diuretic, anti-shocks, antiaggregant action. Reduces hypovolemia, prevents blood clots and the development of metabolic acidosis, increases diuresis, improves microcirculation.
    Pharmacokinetics:
    Indications:

They are used to quickly fill the volume of fluid in cases of dehydration and hypovolemia. At intoxications: acute shigellosis, food toxicoinfection, cholera.

    Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, hyperkalemia, renal failure, alkalosis, the presence of contraindications to the introduction of large amounts of liquid into the body.

    Carefully:Not described.
    Pregnancy and lactation:

The use of the drug in pregnant and breast-feeding is possible.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Overdose:

Pronounced symptoms of side effects. In the case of hyperkalemia, the drug is replaced with a solution of Disol until the electrolyte balance is normalized.

Interaction:Solution Acesol is compatible with hemodynamic colloidal blood substitutes (mutually reinforce therapeutic effect).
    Special instructions:

When rehydration, the administration of solutions is recommended, inside, and only when this is not possible, the drugs are administered parenterally.
