2 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist for 30 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the obtained aqueous extract is brought to boiling water to 100 ml.
With colds taken internally in a warm form, 1/4 - 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day after meals.
With external application for the preparation of baths use 1 glass of bath infusion. The course of treatment is 20-25 days.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
