The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
With colds taken internally in a warm form, 1/4 - 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day after meals.
With external application for the preparation of baths use 1 glass of bath infusion. The course of treatment is 20-25 days.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
