    Description:

    Suppositories white with a slightly yellowish tint of color, odorless, hygroscopic, torpedo-shaped. Allowed a slight softening of the surface layer and fogging the surface of the suppository.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Irritating effect on the mucosa of the colon, reflexively stimulating intestinal motility. Softens the feces and facilitates their passage through the large intestine.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    Glycerin is quickly and almost completely absorbed from the mucous membrane of the rectum. It is actively metabolized in the liver. It is one of the substrates for gluconeogenesis and increases the level of glucose in the blood plasma. With urine unchanged, 7-14% is allocated.

    Indications:

    The drug is used for constipation of various origin, especially in disorders of the act of defecation and rectal coprostasia in elderly and senile patients.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, hemorrhoids in the acute stage, inflammatory diseases and tumors of the rectum.

    Carefully:

    Renal failure.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    In pregnancy, use is contraindicated because of the possible reflex stimulation of the uterus.

    In the period of breastfeeding, the application is possible after consultation with a doctor.

    Dosing and Administration:
    Enter into the rectum one suppository once a day.
    Children: from the age of three months and older in a dose of 0.75 g once a day.
    Adults: in a dose of 1.5 grams I once a day.
    Do not use the drug for more than 7 days without special instructions from your doctor.
    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions, local reactions (itching and burning of the skin) are possible.

    Special instructions:

    With prolonged use, it is possible to progress to the violations of the physiological process of defecation.

    Systematic reception is not recommended. Treatment is discontinued after restoration of normal intestinal peristalsis.Do not lubricate the suppository with mineral liquid and solid oils.

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:
    The drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and engage in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.

    Rectal suppositories 0.75 g and 1.5 g


    Packaging:For 5 suppositories in suppository containers or in contour cell packaging. Two containers of suppository or two contoured cell packs, together with instructions for use, are placed in a pack of cardboard boxes.
    Storage conditions:

    Store in a dry place at a temperature of 8 ° C to 15 ° C. Keep out of the reach of children.

    Shelf life:

    2 years.

    Do not use after the expiration date.
