Excipients:

Pharmacodynamics:Normoenzyme forte is a combined enzyme preparation that improves digestion, the effect of which is due to the components that make up its composition. It has a proteolytic, amylolytic and lipolytic effect. Has a protective coating that does not dissolve before entering the small intestine, which protects the enzymes from the destructive effect of gastric juice. The drug compensates for the inadequacy of the function of the pancreas and the bile excretory function of the liver. Promotes rapid and complete digestion of food, eliminates symptoms that arise as a result of digestive disorders (feeling of heaviness and overflow of the stomach, flatulence, diarrhea). Improves the process of digestion of food in children; stimulates the release of its own enzymes of the pancreas, stomach and small intestine, as well as bile.
The enzymes - amylase, lipase and protease - which make up the preparation make it easier to digest carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which contributes to their full absorption in the small intestine.Bile components act cholagogically, promote emulsification of fats, accelerate the digestion of fats, promote the release of lipase by the pancreas, improve the absorption of fats and fat-soluble vitamins A, E, K.

Overdose:Symptoms: hyperuricemia and hyperuricuria.

Interaction:

Reduces the bioavailability of iron preparations. Increases the absorption of drugs - derivatives of para-aminosalicylic acid (PASK), sulfonamides, antibiotics.
Cimetidine enhances the effect of the drug.
Antacids containing magnesium ions Mg²⁺ and / or calcium Ca²⁺, reduce the effectiveness of the drug.
