Pharmacodynamics:The drug is a combination of active ingredients - bendazole, metamizole sodium, papaverine and phenobarbital.
The drug has spasmolytic and analgesic effect. Used for spasms of peripheral vessels and vessels of the brain. Drug reducing total peripheral vascular resistance due to action on arterioles, the drug reduces arterial pressure, improves the collateral circulation.
The combination of myotropic spasmolytics (bendazole and papaverine hydrochloride) with metamizole increases the analgesic effect of metamizole sodium in headache and migraine.
The presence of phenobarbital in the preparation promotes the manifestation of a sedative effect and the enhancement of the action of other components.
Pharmacokinetics:When ingested quickly absorbed.
Biotransformation occurs in the liver.
Eliminated mainly by the kidneys.
Indications:Pain syndrome associated with spasm of peripheral arteries, smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract, vessels of the brain; arterial hypertension.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity, decompensated chronic heart failure, zakratougolnaya glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, intestinal obstruction, expressed renal and hepatic insufficiency, deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, blood diseases, tachyarrhythmia, severe angina, pregnancy, lactation period, children's age (up to 8 years).

Dosing and Administration:Inside, 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.

Adsorbents, astringents, enveloping medicines reduce the absorption of the drug from the digestive tract.
Strengthens the hypotensive effect of nitrates, slow calcium channel blockers, beta-adrenoblockers, ganglion blockers, diuretics (including furosemide, hypothiazide), myotropic antispasmodics.
Special instructions:At long (more than 1 week) application control of a picture of peripheric blood and a functional status of a liver is necessary.
