    Composition:
    Active substances: metamizole sodium (analgin) - 250 mg; phenobarbital - 20 mg;

    Excipients: potato starch - 51.84 mg; talc - 4.6 mg; stearic acid - 3.56 mg.
    Description:
    Tablets are white or white with a yellowish hue of color, flat-cylindrical shape, with a facet and a risk.
    Pharmacotherapeutic group:Analgesic agent (analgesic non-narcotic agent + antispasmodic drug + barbiturate).

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug, it has a vasodilating, analgesic and antispasmodic effect.

    Reducing the overall peripheral resistance, acting on arterioles, the drug lowers blood pressure, improves collateral circulation, increases the delivery of oxygen to the heart.

    Metamizole sodium has analgesic, antipyretic and weak anti-inflammatory effect. Combination of antispasmodics (benzazole and papaverine hydrochloride) with metamizole sodium enhances the analgesic effect of the latter with headache, migraine. The presence of phenobarbital in the preparation promotes the manifestation of sedative affect and the intensification of the action of other components.

    Indications:

    Pain syndrome associated with spasm of the peripheral arteries, smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract. vessels of the brain; arterial hypertension.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, myasthenia gravis, pregnancy (especially the first trimester), lactation period, blood diseases, hypotension, glaucoma.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside, 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.

    The duration of the application without consulting a doctor should not exceed 7 days.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions, drowsiness, nausea, constipation, decreased speed of psychomotor reactions; with prolonged use: a violation of the liver and kidneys, leukopenia, agranulocytosis.

    Interaction:

    Combination with nitrates (nitroglycerine, nitrosorbide, suture, etc.), blockers of Ca-channels (nifedipine, Corinfar, etc.), beta-blockers (anaprilin, metoprolol, talinolol and others), ganglion blockers (pentamine, etc.), diuretics (furosemide, hypothiazide, etc.), myotropic antispasmodics (dipyridamole, eufillin, etc.) enhances the hypotensive effect of the drug.

    Simultaneous use with other non-narcotic analgesics can lead to mutual enhancement of toxic effects.

    Joint application with adsorbents, astringents and enveloping agents reduces the absorption of the drug in the gastrointestinal tract.

    Special instructions:

    At long (more than 7 days) application control of a picture of peripheric blood and a functional status of a liver is necessary.
