It is necessary to give instructions on the use of medications of sodium dimercaptopropanesulfonate, registered in the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the current information on the experience of clinical use and the results of clinical trials. The section "Indications for use" should be presented in the following edition: "Intoxication with arsenic, mercury, bismuth, chromium, gold, antimony, thallium and cardiac glycosides, hepatocerebral dystrophy (Wilson-Westfal-Konovalov's disease)."Other indications should be deleted based on available scientific evidence. Accordingly, it is required to change the sections "Pharmacological properties" and "Method of administration and dose".
