    Composition:

    Description:
    Ointment is greenish-yellow, during storage, the liquefaction of the upper layer is allowed.

    Pharmacodynamics:Antibacterial bactericidal preparation of a wide spectrum of action. Active ,, against Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Friedlander's bacillus, Escherichia coli, Shigella dysenteria, Shigella flexneri, Shigella boydii, Shigella sonnei, Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Pathogenic anaerobes (Clostridium perfringens).It acts on strains of bacteria resistant to other antibacterial agents, including antibiotics. Does not have a local irritant effect. Possible development of drug resistance of bacteria. Treatment of burns and purulent-necrotic wounds promotes faster cleaning of the wound surface, stimulates reparative regeneration and marginal epithelization and favorably influences the course of the wound process.
    Pharmacokinetics:When topical application is partially absorbed from the wound or burn surface, excretion by the kidneys.
    Indications:Wound and burn infection (superficial and deep purulent wounds of various locations, long-term non-healing wounds and trophic ulcers, phlegmon soft tissues, infected burns, purulent wounds in osteomyelitis, purulent processes in the pelvic cellular tissue).
    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity, adrenal insufficiency (including in the anamnesis), pregnancy, lactation.
    Carefully:Renal failure.
    Dosing and Administration:Locally. A thin layer is applied to the affected area once a day. The course is up to 3 weeks.
    Side effects:Local reactions, peroranevoy dermatitis.
    Special instructions:
    Patients with impaired renal function drug should be prescribed in smaller doses.
    To prevent adverse reactions, it is recommended to prescribe antihistamines and calcium preparations. With the development of adverse reactions ointment should be discarded. If it is necessary to prescribe the drug during lactation, the question of stopping breastfeeding should be solved.
    In experimental studies it was shown that Dioxydin has a teratogenic and embryotoxic effect, has mutagenic properties.
    Consider that women of childbearing age are prescribed a drug only if other antimicrobial drugs are ineffective.

    Packaging:
    For 30 g in cans of glass or aluminum tubes. Each jar or tube together with the instruction for use is placed in packs of cardboard.
    For 1000 g and 2000 g in cans of glass.
    Storage conditions:List B. Keep in a cool, protected from light, out of reach of children. During storage, the upper layer may be liquefied.
