Excipients: dimethylsulfoxide (dimexide) 5.0 g; urea (urea) 5.0 g; Macrogol-400 (polyethylene oxide-400) 45.0 g, macrogol-1500 (polyethylene oxide-1500) 24.5 g; propylene glycol 5.0 g, levomentol 0.5 g; methylparahydroxybenzoate (nipagine) 0.15 g; propyl parahydroxybenzoate (nipazole) 0.05 g; purified water 4.8 ml.

Description:

Ointment from light yellow to dark yellow color with a specific smell of menthol.

Pharmacodynamics:

Has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, anti-edematous action. Eliminates pain, reduces swelling, erythema, morning stiffness and swelling of the joints, contributes to an increase in the volume of movements.

Indications:

- Traumatologically caused inflammation of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints (as a result of sprains, dislocations, after a load and bruises);

- localized forms of inflammation of soft tissues (tendovaginitis, tendonitis, shoulder-arm syndrome, bursitis);

- myalgia, radiculitis (sciatica, lumbago);

- inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system (deforming osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, low back pain with radicular syndrome) except degenerative hip disease and small intervertebral joints.

Contraindications:

- Hypersensitivity;

- pregnancy (III trimester - for application on large surfaces);

- violation of the integrity of the skin at the site of the intended application;

- Children's age (up to 1 year).

Carefully:

Children's age (up to 6 years), complete or incomplete combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent nasal polyposis and paranasal sinuses and intolerance of ASA (acetylsalicylic acid) or other NSAIDs (including non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) (including in anamnesis), peptic ulcer disease and 12 duodenal ulcers (at the stage of exacerbation), blood clotting disorders (including hemophilia, prolonged bleeding time, a tendency to bleeding), pregnancy (I and II trimesters), lactation period.

Dosing and Administration:

Outwardly.

Apply 3-4 times a day to the affected joints or body parts, rubbed into the skin. The total amount of ointment for adults per day should not exceed 15 cm, squeezed out from the tube, the daily dose for children should not exceed 7.5 cm.

It is not recommended to use occlusive dressings.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions; itching and hyperemia of the skin, rashes at the site of application, dry skin, burning, with prolonged use - systemic manifestations.

In isolated cases - exacerbation of psoriasis.

Special instructions:

Ointment should be applied only to undamaged skin areas, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Form release / dosage:

Ointment for external use, 10%.

Packaging:

40 grams per aluminum tube.

Each tube together with instructions for use in a pack of cardboard.

Storage conditions:

AT protected from light, at a temperature of no higher than 25 ° C.

Keep out of the reach of children.
