    Pharmacodynamics:

    Has anabolic activity. Normalizing the nucleic acid metabolism, accelerates the processes of cellular regeneration in wounds, accelerating the growth and granulation maturation of tissue and epithelization.

    When applied locally on the wound, it has photoprotective properties.

    Indications:

    Sluggish wounds, burns, photodermatitis.

    Prevention of skin reactions when irradiating neoplasms with low radiosensitivity, reducing symptoms of radiation dermatitis and late fusion of the walls (occlusion) of the vagina - in the case of radiotherapy of neoplasms of the genitals.

    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the drug. Redundancy of granulations.
    Dosing and Administration:

    Locally and externally: ointment is applied daily to the damaged areas for 5-10 g for 15-30 days. Ointment is used in loose tampons with late radiation damage to the vagina.

    Side effects:Allergic reactions, short-term burning.
    Interaction:

    Methyluracil ointment is compatible with external applications of sulfonamides, antibiotics and antiseptics.
