Has anabolic activity. Has hematopoietic, leukopoetic, immunostimulating, anti-inflammatory action. Normalizing the nucleic acid metabolism, accelerates the processes of cellular regeneration in wounds, accelerating the growth and granulation maturation of tissue and epithelization (including in rapidly proliferating cells of the gastrointestinal mucosa), stimulates erythro- and leukopoiesis, cellular and humoral immunity factors.

Indications:

Proctitis, sigmoiditis, ulcerative colitis.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, leukemia (leukemia, especially myeloid), lymphogranulomatosis, hemoblastosis, malignant bone marrow diseases.

This dosage form is not used in children under 8 years of age.

Dosing and Administration:

Rectal: adults - 500-1000 mg 3-4 times a day;

children of 8-15 years - 500 mg per day.
