    Pharmacodynamics:

    Has anabolic activity. Has hematopoietic, leukopoetic, immunostimulating, anti-inflammatory action. Normalizing the nucleic exchange, accelerates the processes of cellular regeneration in wounds, accelerating the growth and granulation maturation of tissue, stimulates erythro- and leukopoiesis, cellular and humoral immunity factors.

    With external application has photoprotective properties.

    Indications:Sluggish wounds, burns (thermal, chemical, radiation), bone fractures, bullous dermatitis, trophic ulcers, pressure ulcers, deep wounds.
    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug.

    Childhood.

    Redundancy of granulations in the wound.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    The use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation is possible only if the intended benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus and the baby.

    If it is necessary to prescribe the drug during lactation, breastfeeding should be stopped.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Outwardly.

    To treat acute bullet dermatitis, burns, wounds and ulcers, topically 10% ointment of Metiluracil-AKOS, which is compatible with external applications of sulfonamides, antibiotics and antiseptics, is used. Ointment is applied to the damaged areas with a thin layer of 5-20 g daily for 15-30 days.

    There are no data on the use of the drug in children.
