    Pharmacodynamics:

    Has anabolic activity. Has anti-inflammatory effect. Normalizing the nucleic acid metabolism, accelerates the processes of cellular regeneration in wounds, accelerates the growth and granulation maturation of the tissue and epithelization.

    When used externally, it has photo-protective properties.

    Indications:Sluggish wounds, burns (thermal, chemical, radiation), bullous dermatitis. Methyluracil can be used prophylactically to prevent skin reactions during irradiation of tumors with low radiosensitivity, decrease in radio-epithelium and late fusion of the walls (occlusion) of the vagina - in the case of radiotherapy for neoplasms of the genitals.
    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug, redundancy granulation.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Outwardly. Locally. Ointment is applied to the damaged areas in a thin layer in an amount of 5 to 20 g daily for 15-30 days.Ointment is used in loose tampons for the treatment of radio-epithelial and late radiation damage to the vagina.
