Has immunostimulating, anti-inflammatory effect. Normalizing the nucleic exchange, accelerates the processes of cellular regeneration in wounds, accelerating the growth and granulation maturation of tissue and epithelization, stimulates cellular and humoral immunity factors.

With external application has photoprotective properties.

Pharmacokinetics:With topical application, the drug is practically not absorbed into the systemic bloodstream.

Indications:

Wounds, burns, photodermatitis; trophic ulcers, bedsores, deep wounds.

The drug can be used for preventive purposes to prevent skin reaction during irradiation of tumors with low radiosensitivity, decrease in radio-epithelial and fusion of the walls (occlusions) of the vagina - in case of radiotherapy of neoplasms of the genitals.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity, redundancy granulation in the wound.

Pregnancy and lactation:The drug has no contraindications to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Dosing and Administration:Outwardly.A strip of ointment with a diameter of 5 mm and a length of 1 cm has a mass of about 0.5 g. For adults and children, the drug is applied 1-4 times a day to the damaged areas of the skin at the rate of 0.5 g per 1 cm2 of wound surface, or the drug is applied to sterile gauze wipes at the rate of 0.5-1.0 g per 1 cm2 of the wound surface, cover the damaged area of the skin with a napkin and fix it with a bandage. In loose tampons, ointment is used to treat radio-epithelial and late radial lesions of the vagina. The duration of the course of treatment is from 5 to 30 days, depending on the dynamics of healing.

Side effects:Allergic reactions - skin rash, angioedema. In this case, the drug is discontinued and antihistamines are prescribed.

Overdose:Overdose is unlikely, even when applying the drug on the vast surface of the skin due to its low absorption.

Interaction:

The drug enhances the chemotherapeutic activity of antibiotics, sulfonamides, antiseptics and can be compatible with external applications of these groups of drugs.

The drug does not affect the performance of potentially hazardous activities requiring special attention and rapid reactions (driving, etc.).
