Intranasally. The spray is injected 2 times into each nostril, with an interval between injections of 10-15 seconds 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and evening), regardless of food intake and nasopharyngeal conditions (runny nose is not a contraindication for injection).
The course of treatment lasts from 4-5 weeks to 3-4 months or more (with positive dynamics). Between courses, breaks in treatment are possible up to 2-3 weeks.
Method of preparation of medicinal solution.
A) for the plastic bottle with the dropper cap (Solution 1) - see the drawing, Steps 1-5: unscrew the protective cap [1], unscrew and remove the lid of the glass bottle with Solution 2 [2], insert the dropper tip into the glass bottle, press on the side walls of the plastic vial and squeeze all the contents into Solution 2 [3]. On the glass bottle screw the cork-pump, gently shake the vial to mix the liquid, holding the wide rim of the pump-stopper with your fingers, remove the protective cap [4]. Direct the vial with Solution 2 vertically upwards and 3-5 times sharply push the rim to test the discharge of the solution into the air (this is necessary to fill the spray head with a solution) [5]. The drug is ready for use.
B) for polyethylene tube-dropper (Solution 1): screw the protective cap to the stop to get a drip hole. Insert the tip into the previously opened glass vial with Solution 2. For the remaining procedures, see item A and figure.
B) for the dropper (Solution 1): remove the protective cap from the dropper head, cut off the tip of the dropper with scissors and insert the tip into the previously opened glass bottle with Solution 2. For the remaining procedures, see point A and figure.
