    Composition:

    100 ml of the preparation contain:

    active substance: Phydrogen peroxide from 7.5 to 11 g, depending on the hydrogen content of the peroxide in the starting substance, is equivalent to a hydrogen peroxide content of 3.0 g;

    adjuvant: atode for injection up to 100 ml.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Antiseptic from the group of oxidants.

    When hydrogen peroxide contacts the damaged skin or mucous membranes, an active oxygen, with the mechanical purification and inactivation of organic substances (proteins, blood, pus).

    Antiseptic action is not sterilizing, when applied, a temporary decrease in the number of microorganisms occurs.

    Abundant foaming contributes to thrombosis and stop bleeding from small vessels.

    Pharmacokinetics:Not studied.
    Indications:

    In complex therapy.

    Inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes, purulent wounds, capillary bleeding from superficial wounds, nasal bleeding.

    For disinfection and deodorization: stomatitis, tonsillitis, gynecological diseases.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity.

    Carefully:

    Decompensated diseases of the liver and kidneys, hyperthyroidism, herpetiform dermatitis.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Use during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible if the expected benefit for the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus or child.

    Dosing and Administration:

    For outdoor use 3% solution, locally - for mouth and throat rinsing, application on mucous membranes - 0,25% solution (3% solution diluted with water in a ratio of 1:11).

    The undiluted solution is not used to treat mucous membranes.

    Damaged areas of the skin or mucous membrane are treated with a cotton or gauze pad moistened with the drug solution. Tampons should be held with tweezers. Irrigation of the wound surface is possible.

    The procedure for working with a polymer ampoule:

    1. Take an ampoule and shake it, holding it by the neck.

    2. Press the ampoule with your hand, while the drug should not be isolated, and rotate and separate the valve with rotating movements.

    3. Press the ampoule to remove the solution.

    Side effects:

    Burning at the time of wound treatment, allergic reactions.

    If any of the side effects indicated in the manual are aggravated, or any other side effects not indicated in the instructions are noted, you should inform the doctor immediately.

    Overdose:

    At present, no cases of overdose have been reported.

    Interaction:

    Special instructions:

    It is not recommended to apply the drug for occlusive dressings.

    Avoid contact with eyes!

    Do not apply to irrigation cavities!

    It is unstable in alkaline environment, in the presence of alkali metals, complex radicals of some oxidants, as well as in light and heat.

    Treatment of the wound with a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide does not guarantee protection from infection with tetanus and other wound infection.

    Packaging:

    By 5 or 10 ml into ampoules of low-density polyethylene or polypropylene.

    Keep out of the reach of children.

    Shelf life:
