Excipients: 140.0 mg of sodium lauryl sulfate, propilbetainamid coconut oil fatty acids (kokamidopropilenbetain) 12.0 mg sodium chloride 15.0 mg, diethanolamide of coconut oil fatty acids (kokadietanolamid) 8.5 mg Disodium edetate (Trilon B) 5.0 mg acrylamide and diallyldimethylammonium chloride copolymer (polyquaternium-7) 5.0 mg perfume 2.0 mg citric acid 0.8 mg, butylhydroxytoluene (BHT) 1.0 mg, methylchloroisothiazolinone (Cato CG) 0.5 mg, Crimson dye [Ponso 4R] 0.018 mg, water purified to 1.0 g.

Pharmacodynamics:

Active substance - ketoconazole, an imidazole derivative, has a fungicidal and fungistatic effect against dermatophytes (Trichophyton spp., Epidermophyton floccosum, Microsporum spp.), yeast fungi (Candida spp.), dimorphic fungi and eumycetes, Pityrosporum spp.. Inhibits biotransformation of blastospore Candida albicans in invasive forms.

The mechanism of action is the inhibition of the synthesis of ergosterol and lipid membranes necessary for the synthesis of the cell wall of fungi (fungi lose the ability to form strands and colonies), and impair the permeability of the cell wall.

Shampoo Sebozol® reduces the peeling and itching of the scalp, which are usually associated with dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis and pityriasis.

Pharmacokinetics:

When used externally, it is practically not absorbed through the skin. With prolonged use, the content of ketoconazole in the blood is not determined.

Indications:

Treatment and prevention of dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, pityriasis, moldy mycoses and mycosis hair.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, lactation.

Dosing and Administration:

Outwardly. On pre-moistened hair, apply shampoo to the affected skin or scalp for 3-5 minutes, then rinse with water.

Treatment:

- various types of dandruff: every 3-4 days for 8 weeks;

- seborrheic dermatitis: 2 times a week for 2-4 weeks;

- pityriasis lichen: daily for 5 days, and in the absence of effect, prolongation of the course to 7 days;

- mold mycoses: 1 time per day for 5 days.

Prevention:

- various types of dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis: 1 every two weeks;

- pityriasis lichen: daily for 3-5 days (single course) before the onset of summer;

- fungal mycosis: 1 time per day for 3 days.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions (urticaria, skin rash), local irritation, itching and burning of the skin, excessive fat or dry hair, hair loss.

Special instructions:

When using shampoo, avoid contact with eyes. If accidental contact occurs, wash them with water.

Form release / dosage:

Shampoo 20 mg / ml.

Packaging:

100 ml per bottle of polyethylene or polymer. The bottle together with the instruction for use is placed in a cardboard box.

5 ml per pillow of packing material. 5 pads together with instructions for use are placed in a cardboard box.

Storage conditions:

In the dark place at a temperature of no higher than 25 ° C.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Shelf life:
