Pharmacodynamics:

Cipromed (ciprofloxacin) - antimicrobial agent from the group of fluoroquinolones has a broad spectrum of antibacterial action, it exerts a bactericidal effect. The drug inhibits the DNA enzyme enzyme of bacteria, as a result of which DNA replication and the synthesis of bacterial cell proteins are disrupted. Tsipromed acts on both reproducing microorganisms and those in rest.

The spectrum of antibacterial action of Cipromed includes gram-negative microorganisms:

Indications:

Cipromed is used topically for the treatment of acute or chronic ear infections caused by microorganisms susceptible to ciprofloxacin.

Inflammation of the external auditory canal (external otitis media);
Acute and chronic otitis media;
Internal otitis media and infectious inflammation of the Eustachian tube;
Prevention of infectious otitis before and after surgery, with ear trauma, removal of foreign body from the external auditory canal, accompanied by damage to the ear tissues.

Contraindications:

Tsipromed (ear drops) is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to the components of the drug or to other quinolones.

Ciprofloxacin is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under 15 years of age.

Dosing and Administration:
