Do not mix with water oily solutions for injection, external means for cauterization.
Drugs, the concentration of which should be within certain limits, is diluted with water for injection only within the specified limits.
Water for injection can not be directly administered intravascularly due to low osmotic pressure (risk of hemolysis!).
Special control over the amount of injectable solutions prepared with water for injection is required in newborns and young children, who even with the introduction of small volumes may have violations of the water-electrolyte balance.
