    With external application has a local antithrombotic effect; anti-edematous and anti-inflammatory action,improves blood microcirculation and activates tissue metabolism, as a result of which the processes of resorption by hematomas are accelerated, prevents the formation of thrombi, reduces puffiness tissues.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    With external application, a small amount of heparin penetrates into the systemic blood stream, without having a systemic effect, without causing any changes in blood coagulation parameters. Heparin does not penetrate the placental barrier.

    - diseases of superficial veins: varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency and associated complications (superficial thrombophlebitis, superficial periphlebitis);

    - blunt injuries and bruises of soft tissues;

    - subcutaneous hematomas, including hematomas after vein operations, phlebectomy;

    - localized infiltrates and swelling of soft tissues.

    Dosing and Administration:

    For external use.

    A small amount of gel (3-10 cm) 1-3 times a day is applied a thin layer on the skin and gently rubbed.

    With localized consequences of injuries and bruises (hematoma, infiltration, edema of soft tissues) until the symptoms disappear.

    With initial symptoms of venous insufficiency ("heaviness", pain in the legs, venous swelling) apply within 1-3 weeks depending on the severity of the symptoms.

    With varicose veins and complications of chronic venous insufficiency (superficial periphlebitis, superficial thrombophlebitis) should be applied within 4-6 weeks, depending on the severity of the symptoms of the disease.

    The need for further treatment is determined by the doctor.

    Side effects:

    In some cases, hypersensitivity reactions may occur to the components of the drug, manifested by reddening of the skin and / or skin itching, which usually pass after discontinuation of the drug.

    If any of the side effects listed in the manual are aggravated, or if you notice any other side effects not listed in the instructions, tell your doctor.
