    Composition:

    For 1 tablet.

    Active substance:

    Ginkgo bilobate leaves extract dry * EGb 761 ** ® (35-67: 1) - 40 mg, extractant: acetone 60%. The extract is standardized for the content of ginkgo-flavonoglycosides 9.8 mg and terpenalactones 2.4 mg (1.12-1.36 mg ginkgolides A, B, C and 1.04-1.28 mg bilobalides).

    Auxiliary substances of the core: lactose monohydrate 115.00 mg, silicon dioxide colloid 2.50 mg, microcrystalline cellulose 60.00 mg, corn starch 25.00 mg, croscarmellose sodium 5.00 mg, magnesium stearate 2.50 mg.

    Shell accessories: hypromellose 9.250 mg, macrogol 1500 4.626 mg, defoaming emulsion SE2 *** 0.008 mg, titanium dioxide (E 171) 0.380 mg, iron hydroxide (E 172) 1.160 mg, talc 0.576 mg.

    N.06.D.X.02   Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract

    Pharmacodynamics:

    The drug increases the body's resistance to hypoxia, especially brain tissue, inhibits the development of traumatic or toxic edema of the brain, improves cerebral and peripheral blood circulation, improves blood rheology.

    Indications:

    - Organic, arising from age-related disorders of the cerebral circulation, and functional disorders of the brain with such manifestations as memory impairment, decreased ability to concentrate attention and intellectual abilities, depressed mood, dizziness, tinnitus, headache.

    - Disorders of peripheral circulation: obliterating diseases of arteries of the lower extremities with such characteristic symptoms as intermittent claudication, numbness and cold snap, Raynaud's disease.

    - Dysfunction of the inner ear, manifested by dizziness, unsteadiness of gait, noise in the ears.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption; reduced blood clotting, erosive gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the stage of exacerbation; acute disorders of cerebral circulation, acute myocardial infarction.

    Due to the lack of data on the use of the drug in children, it should not be prescribed to children under 18 years of age.

    Pregnancy and lactation:
    Due to the lack of sufficient clinical data, the use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.
    Dosing and Administration:

    If the doctor has not been assigned a different dosing regimen, the following recommendations for taking the drug should be adhered to:

    For symptomatic treatment of disorders of cerebral circulation:

    For 1-2 tablets (respectively 40-80 mg of Ginkgo extract of bilobate EGb 761®) 3 times a day. The duration of treatment is not less than 8 weeks.

    When violations of peripheral circulation:

    1 tablet (40 mg Ginkgo extract of bilobate EGb 761®, respectively) 3 times a day or 2 tablets (respectively 80 mg Ginkgo extract of bilobate EGb 761®) 2 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment is at least 6 weeks.

    In vascular or involuntary pathology of the inner ear:

    1 tablet (40 mg Ginkgo extract of bilobate EGb 761®, respectively) 3 times a day or 2 tablets (respectively 80 mg Ginkgo extract of bilobate EGb 761®) 2 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment is 6 to 8 weeks.

    The tablets covered with a cover, it is necessary to accept not chewing, squeezed a small amount of water, irrespective of food intake.

    If the drug was missed or if an insufficient amount was taken, it should be taken as described in this manual without any changes.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible reactions (redness, skin rash, swelling, itching), gastrointestinal disorders, headache, hearing impairment, dizziness, decreased blood clotting.

    There were isolated cases of bleeding in patients who simultaneously took funds that reduce blood clotting; causation of bleeding data with taking Ginkgo drugs bilobate EGb 761® is not confirmed.

    In case of occurrence of any undesirable phenomena, reception of a preparation should be stopped and address to the attending physician.

    Overdose:

    Cases of drug overdose have not been registered to date. Memoplant has good tolerability.

    Interaction:

    It is not recommended to apply the drug Memoplant to patients who constantly take acetylsalicylic acid, anticoagulants (direct and indirect action), as well as drugs that reduce blood clotting.

    It is not recommended simultaneous use of ginkgo biloba preparations with efavirenz, since it is possible decrease in its concentration in the blood plasma due to the induction of cytochrome CYP3A4 under the influence of ginkgo biloba.

    Special instructions:
    With frequent feelings of dizziness and noise in the ears, you should consult a doctor. In case of sudden deterioration or loss of hearing, you should immediately consult a doctor. Against the background of the use of Ginkgo drugs bilobate, in patients with epilepsy, epileptic seizures.
    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:
    During the period of taking the drug, care should be taken when carrying out potentially dangerous activities that require an increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (vehicle management, work with moving mechanisms).

    Tablets, film-coated 40 mg

    Packaging:By 10, 15, 20 tablets in a foil blister of aluminum and PVC; for 1,2,3 or 5 blisters are placed together with instructions for use in a pack of cardboard.
    Storage conditions:
