    Composition:

    1 tablet, film-coated, contains:

    active active substance: ginkgo biloba leaf extract (flavone glycosides 24% *) 60 mg;

    * - standardized for the content of flavone glycosides 14.4 mg

    Excipients: calcium hydrophosphate dihydrate 313 mg, microcrystalline cellulose 50 mg, stearic acid 9 mg, croscarmellose sodium 11 mg, magnesium stearate 5 mg, silicon dioxide colloid 2 mg;

    shell: hypromellose 9.7 mg, triacetin 2,8 mg.
    Description:

    Two-convex round tablets covered with a transparent film coating, from light-brown to dark brown color, with impregnations, with a dividing risk on one side pills. A specific odor is allowed.

    N.06.D.X.02   Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Vegetable preparation (contains Ginkgo biloba/ Ginkgo biloba), improves cerebral circulation and supply of the brain with oxygen and glucose, normalizes metabolism in cells, rheological properties of blood and microcirculation. It has a regulating effect on the vascular system, dilates the small arteries, raises the tone of the veins, thereby regulating vascular blood filling; prevents thrombosis; has anti-edematous effect (brain, peripheral tissues); normalizes neurotransmitter processes in the central nervous system (CNS). Has antihypoxic effect, improves memory and learning ability; stimulates brain activity.

    Indications:

    Decrease in attention, memory, speed of thinking, deterioration of intellectual abilities, hearing, sight, speech functions (including as a result of age changes).

    In complex therapy of peripheral circulatory disorders and microcirculation of the lower extremities.
    Contraindications:

    Increased individual sensitivity to drug components, hypocoagulation, acute disorders of cerebral circulation, acute myocardial infarction, stomach ulcer and 12-finger guts, erosive gastritis, arterial hypotension, pregnancy, lactation, children under 18 years.

    Pregnancy and lactation:It is not recommended to take during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
    Dosing and Administration: Inside, with meals, 1 tablet 2 times a day.
    The average duration of treatment is 3 months.
    Repeated courses after consultation with a doctor.
    Side effects:Dyspepsia, headache, insomnia, skin allergic reactions, dizziness.
    Overdose:

    Symptoms of an overdose: nausea, weakness, gastrointestinal disorders.

    In case of overdose, see a doctor.

    Treatment: Activated carbon inside, gastric lavage, symptomatic treatment.

    Interaction:Do not apply the drug to patients who systematically use acetylsalicylic acid, warfarin, thiazide diuretics, tricyclic antidepressants, anticonvulsants, gentamicin.
    Special instructions:Do not exceed the recommended dose.
    Improvement of the condition manifests itself 1 month after the start of treatment.
    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

    During the period of taking the drug, it is not recommended to carry out potentially dangerous activities requiring special attention and quick reactions (vehicle management, work with moving mechanisms).

    Form release / dosage:Film-coated tablets, 60 mg.
    Packaging:

    For 30, 60 or 100 tablets coated with a film sheath in a bottle of polyethylene with a screw cap of the same material and a safety valve made of foil and a protective strip of polyethylene. The label is attached to the bottle, the bottle is tightened with a polyethylene film and, together with the instruction for use, is placed in a cardboard box.

    For 30 tablets coated with a film sheath in a blister of aluminum foil / PVC.

    1, 2 or 4 blisters together with instructions for use are placed in a cardboard box.

    Storage conditions:

    In a dry place, at a temperature of 10-30 FROM.

    Indication of the need for storage of medicinal products in places inaccessible to children:

    Keep out of the reach of children.
