Dexpanthenol is a derivative of pantothenic acid. In the body it passes into pantothenic acid, which is an integral part of coenzyme A and participates in the processes of acetylation, carbohydrate and fat metabolism, in the synthesis of acetylcholine, corticosteroids, porphyrins; stimulates regeneration of the skin, mucous membranes, normalizes cellular metabolism, accelerates mitosis and increases the strength of collagen fibers. It has a regenerating, metabolic and weak anti-inflammatory effect.

When topically applied quickly absorbed from the nasal mucosa and converted into pantothenic acid, binds to plasma proteins (mainly with beta-globulins and albumins).Morale plus helps maintain the normal physiological state of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity.

Microelements that make up the Morale Plus, improve the function of the ciliated epithelium, which increases the resistance of the mucosa to the introduction of pathogenic bacteria and viruses, contributes to its purification.

The drug promotes the liquefaction of mucus and the normalization of its production in goblet cells of the mucous membrane.

The drug promotes the washing and removal of street and indoor dust, bacteria, foreign particles and allergens from the mucous membrane of the nose, reducing the local inflammatory process.

Indications:

- Disturbance of the integrity of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity (minor damage);

- acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses and nasopharynx in complex therapy;

- adenoiditis;

- allergic and vasomotor rhinitis in adults and children (especially in people with hypersensitivity to drugs or with a predisposition to it);

- for regeneration of the mucosa of the nasal cavity in the postoperative period (in inpatient and outpatient settings);

- prevention of infections of the nasal cavity in the autumn-winter period;

- protection from permanent harmful effects on the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract (smokers, drivers of vehicles, people working in hot and dusty shops, living in regions with severe climatic conditions);

- in order to preserve the physiological characteristics of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity at its dryness, as well as in altered microclimatic conditions in persons living and working in air-conditioned rooms and / or central heating;

- hygiene of the nasal cavity (for softening and removing nasal secretions).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Dosing and Administration:

Locally.

With curative purposes:

- children from 1 year to 7 years: 4 times a day, two injections in each nasal passage;

- for children from 7 to 16 years: 4-6 times a day for two injections in each nasal passage;

- adults: 4-8 times a day for two to three injections into each nasal passage.

The course of treatment in all cases is 2-4 weeks (at the discretion of the attending physician). It is recommended to repeat the course in a month.

With a preventive purpose and with dryness of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity:

- For children from birth to 1 year it is possible to use the drug as follows: spray Morale Plus on cotton turunda and the introduction of turunda in the nasal passage with the purpose of softening and removing nasal discharge up to 1-2 times a day;

- children from 1 year to 7 years: 1-3 times a day, one - two injections in each nasal passage;

- for children from 7 to 16 years: 2-4 times a day for two injections in each nasal passage;

- for adults: 3-6 times a day for two or three injections into each nasal passage. It is possible to use the drug for up to 2 months.

Before using the product for the first time, it is necessary to remove the protective cap; holding the bottle in one hand, press it until a fine spray is achieved.

When applying the drug, the nasal nozzle is inserted into the nostril and pressed on the bottle 1-2 times. Injection is performed by inhalation.

With a hygienic purpose, the nasal nozzle should be stored in a dry state. Each vial should be used individually.

To ensure the ideal product quality and the functioning of the dosing system, do not disassemble the vial (for example, remove the pump cover from the vial).
