    Pharmacodynamics:

    Dexpanthenol is the active ingredient of Pantenolspray. In organism dexpanthenol passes into pantothenic acid, which, being an integral part of coenzyme A, plays an important role in the processes of acetylation and oxidation, participates in carbohydrate, fat metabolism and in the synthesis of acetylcholine. Has a weak anti-inflammatory effect and improves tissue regeneration.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    When applied externally, it is quickly absorbed by the skin and converted to pantothenic acid, binds to plasma proteins (mainly with beta-globulin and albumin).

    Indications:

    - Solar and thermal burns, skin and mucous membrane damage;

    - bbullous and bubble dermatitis, intertrigo, furuncles after opening and sanitation;

    - aseptic postoperative wounds, poorly engrafted skin grafts;

    - tskin rumen, including treatment and prevention of cracks and inflammation of the nipples of the mammary glands during lactation;

    - thecourse for infants: prevention and treatment of diaper rash in infants, activation of the healing process of the skin for minor lesions, erythema from diapers.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is possible to use the drug according to the indications.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Aerosol is applied externally 1 or several times a day by spraying from a distance of 10-20 cm so that the entire damaged surface is covered with the drug (foam). The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the disease.

    When applied in the face, do not spray the spray directly onto the face. It is recommended to first apply the drug on your arm, then spread it over the damaged area of ​​your face.

    Side effects:

    There may be skin allergic reactions, in which case the drug should be discontinued.

    The can is under pressure. Protect from direct sunlight and temperatures above 50 ° C. After the end of the application, do not open the can with force and do not burn. Do not spray near naked flames or hot objects. Keep away from sources of ignition.

    Avoid contact with foam (aerosol) in the eyes. In case of accidental contact, the eyes should be rinsed with water.

    The drug should not be applied to wounds and burns with excessive purulent exudation (discharge), as it is intended for use in the regeneration phase.

    Restrictions on use in children and older people do not exist, except for cases of individual intolerance, but the use in children should be carried out under the supervision of adults.
