    Pharmacodynamics:

The effect of Neohemodeza is due to the ability of low molecular weight povidone to bind toxins circulating in the blood and quickly remove them from the body. The most fully binds toxins circulating in the blood of patients with shigellosis, salmonellosis, food intoxication.

Potassium chloride helps maintain the necessary intra- and extracellular levels of potassium. Calcium ions are involved in the blood clotting process, necessary to maintain stable cardiac activity, participate in many physiological and biochemical processes. Sodium bicarbonate has alkaline properties, increases the alkaline reserve of blood. Sodium chloride normalizes water-salt metabolism. Magnesium ions are the activator of most energy-dependent reactions.

The drug Neohemodes plays a role in eliminating stasis of erythrocytes in capillaries, which develops during intoxication of any origin, which leads to an improvement in microcirculation. It increases renal blood flow, increases glomerular filtration and increases diuresis.

    Pharmacokinetics:

The drug is quickly excreted by the kidneys and partially through the intestine. By-
vidon metabolic transformations in the body is not exposed, about 80% is excreted
kidneys within the first 4 hours, is completely eliminated through 12-24 hours after infusion.

Potassium chloride in any amount is passively absorbed in the digestive canal, enters the tissues. Potassium is excreted mainly by the kidneys, partly with fecal masses. Sodium chloride quickly excreted by the kidneys unchanged. Magnesium ions are poorly absorbed in the intestine (20%), excreted mainly by the kidneys. Calcium chloride when administered orally absorbed well, is excreted through the intestine, and also with urine.

    Indications:

Neohemodeus is used as a detoxification agent for toxic forms of the gastrointestinal tract (including shigellosis, salmonellosis, dyspepsia); with peritonitis, intestinal obstruction (in the pre or postoperative period); sepsis, burn disease in septicopyemia stage, exogenous poisoning in the stage of toxemia.

    Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, intracranial hypertension, hemorrhagic stroke, condition after craniocerebral trauma, chronic heart failure of II-IV functional class in NYHA, respiratory insufficiency, severe allergic reactions, thromboembolism, oliguria, anuria, acute nephritis, bronchial asthma, phlebothrombosis, lactation period.

    Carefully:not described
    Pregnancy and lactation:

During pregnancy, apply if the benefit to the mother exceeds the possible risk to the fetus. During the use of the drug, breastfeeding should be discontinued.

    Dosing and Administration:

Neohemodesa is injected intravenously at a rate of 40 to 80 drops per minute. A single dose of Neohemo Deza depends on the age of the patient and the severity of intoxication.

Single dose for adults and children over 15 years is 200-500 ml, for children under 15 years - 2.5 ml / kg of body weight. The maximum single dose for children under 2 years is 70 ml, for children 2-5 years -100 ml, for children 6-9 years -150 ml, for children 10-15 years - 200 ml.

The drug is administered 1-2 times a day for 1-10 days depending on the severity of intoxication.

In acute gastrointestinal infections, burn and radiation diseases are administered 1-2 times / day; with hemolytic disease and toxemia of newborns - 2-8 times / day (daily or every other day); at large focal myocardial infarction (in the first day) - 200 ml once, with complications for the second day - 200 ml.

    Side effects:

With a slow introduction of Neohemodes, usually complications do not cause. Individual patients may experience allergic reactions, up to the development of anaphylactic shock. Infection at the injection site, thrombosis or phlebitis, spreading from the site of infusion.

    Overdose:

With rapid administration, there may be a decrease in blood pressure, tachycardia, difficulty breathing, electrolyte imbalance. Symptomatic therapy.

    Interaction:No data.
    Special instructions:

Before the start of the infusion, it is necessary to check the shelf life of the package, the tightness and integrity of the package by pressing the container with the drug. The drug should be clear, free of sediment, sediment or mold. The results of visual inspection are recorded in the patient's medical history. During the treatment, it is necessary to monitor blood pressure and the patient's condition.

Before administration, the solution is heated to 36 ° C.

With extensive burns, Neogemodes is combined with the introduction of plasma, albumin, gamma globulin.

Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:No data.
    Form release / dosage:
