    Composition:
    In 100 g of ointment contains:
    Active substance: fluocinolone acetonide (synaflan) 0.025 g,

    Pharmacodynamics:
    Glucocorticosteroid for external use; inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators. When exposed to the skin, the edge accumulation of neutrophils is prevented, which leads to a decrease in inflammatory exudate and production of cytokines; inhibition of migration of macrophages, reduction of infiltration and granulation. Has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effect.

    Pharmacokinetics:
    After absorption from the surface of the skin it binds to plasma proteins, undergoes a metabolism that occurs mainly in the liver. It is excreted by the kidneys.

    Indications:
    Eczema, atopic dermatitis, simple chronic lichen (limited neurodermatitis), taxidermy, simple allergic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, pruritus, urticaria, pruritus, diaper rash, multiform exudative erythrema, psoriasis (exudative form); red flat lichen, discoid lupus erythematosus, dyshidrosis of the hands, external otitis, 1st degree burns, insect bites.

    Contraindications:
    Hypersensitivity, cutaneous manifestations of syphilis, skin tuberculosis, diaper rash, rosacea, extensive psoriatic plaques, anogenital itching; skin infections caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi - pyoderma, chicken pox, herpes, actinomycosis, blastomycosis, sporotrichosis, trophic ulcers of the shin, associated with varicose veins, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, wounds on the application areas, skin cancer, nevus, atheroma, melanoma, hemangioma, xanthoma, sarcoma, pregnancy, lactation period, children's age (up to 2 years).

    Use with caution in individuals with existing atrophic skin changes, especially in the elderly.
    Dosing and Administration:
    Outwardly. Adults and children over 2 years. On the previously wiped with a tampon moistened with antiseptic liquid, the skin is applied a small amount of the drug 2-4 times a day and lightly rubbed. The duration of treatment depends on the nature of the disease and is usually 5-10 days, with a long course of the disease to 25 days. With limited lesions to enhance the effect of ointment can be used for occlusive dressing. It is not allowed to apply more than 2 g of ointment per day to the bandage.Ointment is preferable to use in dry forms of dermatoses.

    Side effects:
    Perhaps the development of secondary infectious lesions of the skin and atrophic changes in it (burning, itching, dry skin, "steroid" acne, folliculitis). With long-term use - hypertrichosis, alopecia, especially in women, skin atrophy, hirsutism at the site of the drug, telangiectasia, purpura, pigmentation. When applied to extensive surfaces, systemic manifestations are possible (gastritis, steroid ulcer of the stomach, adrenal insufficiency, Itenko-Cushing syndrome, steroid diabetes mellitus, slowing down of reparative processes).

    Overdose:
    Symptoms; itching and burning of the skin at the site of application, hyperglycemia, glucosuria, Itenko-Cushing syndrome.
    Treatment: symptomatic on the background of a gradual withdrawal of the drug.

    Interaction:
    Compatible with antimicrobial agents. Reduces the activity of hypotensive, diuretic, antiarrhythmic drugs, potassium preparations.
    Diuretic drugs (except potassium-sparing) increase the risk of hypokalemia. During treatment with glucocorticosteroids, vaccination and immunization should not be carried out,in connection with the immunosuppressive effect of the drug.

    Special instructions:
    Apply only short courses on small areas of the skin. The drug should not be applied to the face. Avoid contact with eyes. Duration of use in children should not exceed 5 days. It is recommended to wear loose clothes during treatment. In patients with ordinary or rosacea, treatment may aggravate the disease. To prevent local infectious complications, it is recommended to appoint in combination with antimicrobial agents.

    10 g or 15 g in aluminum tubes. Each tube together with instructions for medical use of the drug is placed in a pack of cardboard.
