Synoderm - instructions for use, doses, side effects, contraindications

Inflammatory and allergic skin diseases of non-microbial etiology (eczema, neurodermatitis, itchy skin, psoriasis and other chronic forms of inflammatory and allergic skin diseases accompanied by dry skin).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Anogenital itching, pyoderma, chicken pox, herpes, actinomycosis, blastomycosis, sporotrichosis, skin cancer, nevus, atheroma, melanoma, hemangioma, xanthoma, sarcoma. Infectious skin diseases, skin manifestations of syphilis, skin tuberculosis, diaper rash, rosacea, extensive psoriatic rashes (plaques), trophic ulcers of the lower leg, skin tumors, ulcerous lesions, wounds on the application areas, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, pregnancy and period of lactation, children's age (up to 2 years).

Carefully:

With caution in girls during puberty.

Pregnancy and lactation:Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

Dosing and Administration:

Outwardly. On pre-wiped with a tampon moistened with antiseptic liquid, the skin is applied a small amount of the drug 2-4 times a day and lightly rubbed. The duration of treatment depends on the nature of the disease and is usually 5-10 days, with a long course of the disease to 25 days. With limited lesions to enhance the effect, the drug can be used for an occlusive bandage up to 3-4 days. It is not allowed to apply under the bandage more than 2 g per day. Ointment is preferable to use in dry forms of dermatoses, cream with wet or damp forms, as well as for the bending surfaces of the body, the gel is used to treat the scalp and body.

Side effects:

Perhaps the development of secondary infectious lesions of the skin and atrophic changes in it (burning, itching, dry skin, steroid acne, folliculitis). With long-term use - hypertrichosis, alopecia, especially in women, secondary immunodeficiency (exacerbation of chronic infectious diseases),generalization of the infectious process, development of opportunistic infections, skin atrophy, hirsutism, telangiectasia, purpura, pigmentation disorders. When applied to extensive surfaces, systemic manifestations are possible (gastritis, steroid ulcer of the stomach, adrenal insufficiency, Itzenko-Cushing syndrome, steroid diabetes, slowing of the reparative processes).

Overdose:

Itching, burning of the skin at the site of application, hyperglycemia, glucosuria, Itenko-Cushing syndrome. Treatment: symptomatic on the background of a gradual withdrawal of the drug.

Interaction:

Compatible with antimicrobial agents. Reduces the activity of hypotensive, diuretic, antiarrhythmic drugs, potassium preparations. Diuretics (except potassium-sparing) increase the risk of hypokalemia.

Special instructions:

Apply only short courses on small areas of the skin. The drug should not be applied to the face. Avoid contact with eyes. Duration of appointment in children should not exceed 5 days. It is recommended to wear loose clothes during treatment. In patients with ordinary or rosacea, treatment may aggravate the disease.To prevent local infectious complications, it is recommended to prescribe in combination with antimicrobial agents.

Form release / dosage:ointment 0.025% for external use

Packaging:in aluminum tubes of 15 grams, the tube together with the instruction for use is placed in a pack of cardboard.

Storage conditions:

List B. At temperatures up to 25 ° C, out of reach of children.

Shelf life:

3 years. Do not use after expiry date.
